I have put the final version of my APSA conference paper; Herbert Spencer in the suburbs: class, ideology and the Australian petty-bourgeoise in the Howard years on my web page and also a presentation to a Faculty of Education conference on the history of south-western Victoria, 'A south-western history of the world' (title sampled from Kurlansky's A Basque History of the World) since the breakup of Gondwanaland in a global context. 45M years in 30 minutes, but some people liked it.
