Geoff, this looks interesting and I will have a proper read over the weekend. I also found your previous post very interesting.
I am writing some stuff on post war migration at the moment on Personal Reflections - http://belshaw.blogspot.com/ - trying to put some of this stuff in perspective through a prism set by my own experiences.
